• Please contact your RMs/VPs when you are ready to book flights.
• All flights must be booked on your community’s P-Card by Friday, February7th.
• Flights should arrive to Phoenix Airport (PHX) by 3:00pm MT on Wednesday, April 16th. Come in early to enjoy some free time!
• Flights should depart out of Phoenix Airport NO EARLIER than 2:15pm MT on Friday, April 18th.
• The budget for the roundtrip flights for 1 (one) person is $400. Flights should be coded on the P-Card to Internal Meetings / 73420.
IMPORTANT! VP approval will be required for any flights over the $400 budget.
• Once you book your flight, please complete the registration form linked below. The form will require you to input your flight information, dietary restrictions, cell phone numbers, and additional information that we will need prior to the meeting.
Wednesday, April 16th
Upon arrival to the Phoenix airport, please get with your fellow Mill Creek associates to Uber/Lyft/Ride Share to The Westin Kierland.
Friday, April 18th
Shuttle transportation will be provided for all Property Management Meeting associates from The Westin Kierland to the Phoenix airport following the breakout sessions at 11:30am on Friday. This is the only transportation option that will be available for attendees and all shuttles will depart following the breakout sessions on Friday.
If your P-Card was in compliance prior to 1/6/2025 your community P-Card limit has been adjusted, and you are able to book your flights.
Any cardholder who was out of compliance after 1/6/2025 must get their cards in compliance and then submit a ticket to increase their card limits.
IMPORTANT! You will NOT be required to fill out the temporary increase form; you just need to submit a ticket to [email protected] with the request.
